Process of personal data

The organisers of ICEC 2022 will collect, process, transfer and store the personal data of registered delegates solely for the purposes of preparing and operating the ICEC World Congress 2022.

The personal data of delegates will be stored securely and will be accessible only to authorised persons on a ‘need to know’ basis.

Who we share your data with

The data entered in the conference profiles (i.e. full name, e-mail address, telephone numbers, company details/profession) will be shared with the following third parties:

  • The ICEC World Congress 2022 Secretariat (data of registered delegates)
  • The ICEC World Congress 2022 Programme Committee (data of delegates submitting applications in relation to conference programmes)
  • The ICEC World Congress 2022 caterers (data of delegates with special dietary requirements).

Delegates irrevocably authorise the ICEC 2022 organisers to collect, process, transfer and store their personal data and to share these with the above third parties. Delegates also explicitly acknowledge and agree that any personal data disclosed in connection with their conference profiles and registration forms will be subject to the laws of the country to which these data are transferred.

How we protect your data

The ICEC 2022 organisers will take all measures within their power to ensure that all third parties that process your personal data have implemented appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction or accidental loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure or access, and which provide a level of security appropriate to the risk represented by the processing and the nature of the data to be protected.
